The Holy Order Sin Sity Sisters celebrate their 20th Anniversary raising funds for the queer community

If ever there was a time we need the SISTERS of PERPETUAL INDULGENCE  it’s now in this very scary political climate led by a Despot intent on destroying our community.  Ever since the Sisters were founded in San Francisco in 1979 in the middle of the AIDS pandemic, which hit the local community even harder than most. Since then have become a worldwide movement, with orders of queer nuns springing up across the planet fighting for the promulgation of omniversal joy and the expiation of stigmatic guilt.

The Holy Order Sin Sity Sisters are the Sisters of Perpetual Indulgence of Las Vegas, Nevada and was founded in June 2005. Their mission statement says “We exist as an order of 21st-century nuns, dedicated to the promulgation of omniversal joy and the expiation of stigmatic guilt. Our ministry is one of public manifestation and habitual perpetration. We work to raise money for our Sisters AIDS Drug Assistance Program (SADAP); fight for queer rights and visibility; do safer sex outreach; and strive diligently to keep our sense of humor, never taking ourselves so seriously that we forget to have fun.”

One of their major annual fundraising events is coming up is the Sin Sity Sisters Red Dress 2025!  They told Queerguru “This year’s event promises to surpass all expectations, offering a night of dancing, lite bites, and incredible entertainment, with everyone dressed in their most creative red outfits. Although we are celebrating the 17th year of Red Dress, this marks the 20th Anniversary of the Sin Sity Sisters, making this year’s celebration one to remember.”
