Queerguru waddles into DUCK WORLD the most fabulous quacktastic new store in Miami Beach
When QUEERGURU returns to Miami Beach and their annual Winter Base, the first thing we do is check out what’s happened in our absence. This year to our sheer delight we discovered the arrival of DUCK WORLD.
This totally fabulous new Store, just yards from the iconic Lincoln Road Mall features 1500 sq ft of more than 750 varieties of RUBBER DUCKS and is heaven to all design fiends, lovers of idiosyncratic art, gay men who never grew up , collectors etc…. oh yes , and children too.
We rushed down to film the store and talk with curator Filip Perkon and were immediately captivated by these uniquely designed ducks ……..(actually our videographer spent more time shopping than he did filming) As we move forward into these uncertain political times (!)
