Luigi Mangione’s Adult NSFW Tape Scandal: CEO Murder Suspect Filmed Over 20 Explicit Videos

Luigi Mangione, 26, faces murder charges in the Dec. 4 shooting death of UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson in Manhattan, and new reports allege he created numerous stylized sex videos prior to his arrest.

An unnamed source told RadarOnline that Mangione, an Ivy League graduate, recorded “at least 20 videos of him having sex,” with production values suggesting a deliberate intent to be viewed. “It wasn’t just some grainy, late-night mistake. It was perfect lighting, everything,” the source said. “He wanted to be watched. He got off on it.”

The source further claimed Mangione shared nude photos of himself and that some women involved in the videos are now afraid to come forward. “A lot of the girls are too afraid to come forward or tell anyone for fear they might get dragged into his case somehow,” the source stated.

Mangione’s arrest followed a manhunt after Thompson was shot and killed in the early hours of Dec. 4 while Thompson was attending a healthcare conference.

Details of Mangione’s personal life have emerged since his arrest. He had previously posted on the social media platform X, formerly Twitter, about his physical attributes. A former roommate, RJ Martin, told The New York Times that Mangione suffered from spondylolisthesis, a back condition exacerbated by a surfing accident, which made sexual intimacy difficult. “He knew that dating and being physically intimate with his back condition wasn’t possible,” Martin said. “I remember him telling me that, and my heart just breaks.”

Martin described the condition as a misalignment of the spine, with vertebrae shifted, causing nerve pain.

However, the source who spoke to RadarOnline contradicted this account, stating that Mangione frequently recorded his sexual encounters and shared explicit images. “People thought he was this misunderstood genius, but… he was filming everything like he was starring in his own private porno empire,” the source said. “He wasn’t just reckless – he was putting on a show. And now, the show is over.”

At the time of his arrest, Mangione had a handwritten manifesto criticizing UnitedHealthcare. The 262-word document argued that while the company’s market capitalization had increased, the life expectancy of Americans had not. It condemned corporations that “continue to abuse our country for immense profit because the American public has allowed them to get away with it.”

Authorities allege Mangione shot Thompson.

Mangione comes from a wealthy family. His grandfather was a self-made multimillionaire with holdings in a luxury resort, nursing homes, and a radio station. Mangione attended the Gilman School, a private preparatory school in Baltimore, where he graduated as valedictorian in 2016. The school’s annual tuition is approximately $40,000.

Since his arrest, Mangione has reportedly garnered a following, with women expressing support for him. The circumstances surrounding the shooting and the allegations of the sex videos have drawn significant media attention.

The Manhattan District Attorney’s office is prosecuting the case. Details regarding the investigation and potential trial are ongoing.

Thompson, the victim, was a prominent healthcare executive. UnitedHealthcare is a major health insurance provider. The shooting has raised concerns about public safety and the motivations behind the alleged crime.
