Lizzo confirms she’s in a relationship – with someone who isn’t Chris Evans

Lizzo has revealed that she is officially in a relationship with a “mystery man”, and sadly, it’s not with Chris Evans.

The “About Damn Time” singer is single no more, she told Andy Cohen on his SiriusXM show on Monday (18 April).

Cohen questioned Lizzo about her relationship status, noting that she was pictured with a “mystery man” outside a Hollywood restaurant in February. 

He asked if she was “still together” with the man, who had kept his face hidden from cameras at the time. 

“Yeah, whatever yeah,” Lizzo answered after laughing.

Cohen asked if it was “hard” for Lizzo to date people as she is a “huge superstar”.

“If you have the right person, no, not at all – it’s not even a factor,” she said. “It should be mutually supportive no matter what that person does.”

While she didn’t reveal her new beau’s identity, she did confirm that he was in attendance when she hosted and performed on Saturday Night Live (SNL) over the weekend. 

During her opening monologue, Lizzo joked about the rumours concerning her romantic life.

She said that according to rumours, she was “dating every little white boy in Hollywood” and “collecting members of One Direction like infinity stones”

Lizzo added that she had even “heard a rumour that I’m pregnant with Chris Evans’ baby”, joking she had “no idea where that one started”.

“It could be the TikTok where I said, ‘I am pregnant with Chris Evans’ baby, y’all’,” she clarified. “It’s called manifesting.”

Lizzo and the Captain America star have been flirty with each in the past. She admitted last year that she had slid into his inbox, warning others not to “drink and DM”. 

Evans eventually responded to her message on Instagram and joked that he had “done worse on this app”.
