Harry Styles tickets were released in a presale this week – but fans missed out after Ticketmaster crashed.

The singer’s fans logged on to snap up tickets but the website went down due to “unprecedented demand”.

This was during a Live Nation presale through Ticketmaster, which saw fans stuck in a virtual queue or finding themselves on an error page.

Ticketmaster tweeted that “Harry Styles has exceeded everyone’s expectations” adding that they were “working hard to rectify issues”.

In less than an hour they then tweeted: “The site is back up and running. If you are experiencing further problems, please contact our customer service team”.

Luckily, the singer has added extra shows in Manchester and London to the tour, which will take place on 16 June and 19 June.

Tickets for these newly announced dates, and the original ones will go on sale from 28 January.

How to get Harry Styles tickets in the general sale

If you missed out in the presales then you can get your hands on tickets in the general sale from 9am on 28 January.

They’ll be available from:

• Ticketmaster
• See Tickets

They’re priced at £111 (standing pod) / £84.40 (seats) / £78.80 (general admission standing) / £50.65 (side view seats) / £175-£199 (premium packages).
