Queerguru first fell in love with filmmaker FAWZIA MIRZA back in 2017 when we met to talk about the movie SIGNATURE MOVE in which she starred, co -wrote and produced. In the world of queer filmmaking there may be extended gaps in between when you get to hang out with each other but with Queerguru and Fawzi its always worth the wait.
This time we got to talk about THE QUEEN OF MY DREAMS which is about to hit movie screens in the US and then around the Globe. We had been excited to talk about the film since our own Contributing Editor Andrew Hebden had raved that Mirza’s ‘human insights are entertainingly luminous’
