Conservative trolls ruthlessly mocked for freaking out over Target’s “woke” Christmas merch

Conservatives are freaking out over Target’s inclusive Christmas merchandise, which includes a Black Santa in a wheelchair and a nutcracker holding a Progress Pride flag and wearing a rainbow hat.

Across social media, anti-“woke” and anti-LGBTQ+ folks are calling for another boycott of the retail chain after doing the same thing in June due to the store’s Pride Month collection.

Anti-LGBTQ+ trolls Matt Walsh and Michael Knowles finally said the quiet part loud.

One X user wrote that Target needs “the Bud Light treatment,” referring to the backlash against the beer brand after it briefly partnered with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney. The user also called Target a “despicable company” and said selling “Satanic pro LGBTQ nutrackers is an insult to Christians!”

Writing for conservative sports site Outkick, Zach Dean also blasted the Christmas merchandise and claimed that anyone “with half a brain and an ounce of morals” already stopped going to Target after it sold Pride merchandise for Pride month.

“The good news? These [Christmas items] have nothing to do with your kids’ clothes or bathing suits,” Dean wrote sarcastically. “Gold star!”

Despite many conservatives’ complaints about Target going woke this year, the retail outlet has been selling that same Pride nutcracker for at least two years now.

Others seemed to take Santa’s duties a little too seriously, expressing outrage that a Santa in a wheelchair could never successfully deliver toys around the world.

“Wheelchair Santa can’t do the job,” one person wrote in response to a post from an account called “End Wokeness.”

“How on earth is he supposed to go down the chimney??” wrote another.

A third user mocked, “we’ll all be getting fined for non-ADA compliant chimneys.”

On the other side of the aisle, though, people not only praised Target’s collection but also had fun mocking conservatives.
