A High School Musical-inspired makeup collection is being released by Colourpop and it’s giving all the nostalgia.

No, it’s not based on the recent television reboot version starring Olivia Rodrigo and Joshua Bassett, but the original record-breaking trilogy.

The collection, which has been inspired by the hit musical and its characters features a palette, lip products, blush and more.

The High School Musical x Colourpop collection will be released on 18 August from colourpop.com.

The collection features an East High 15-pan palette, with shades including those named after the characters, with a glittery pink named Sharpay (obviously), a glittery blue named Troy and a matte orange for Gabriella.

There’s also three Just a Tint Lip Crayons, three Pressed Powder Blush, with East High-centric pressings like a wildcat paw and a Crème Gel Liner Trio finishing up the range.

They all come packaged in High School Musical and East High branded boxes, while the character’s signatures are written on the palette to recreate a yearbook page.

Fans of the franchise are loving the collection, with lots of comments referencing the iconic Sharpay Evans, played by Ashley Tislade.

One person wrote: “To quote Sharpay ‘Fabulous!'”.

Another said: “giving sharpay the most fabulous color obvi” alongside the crown emoji.

While somebody else said: “I said to myself when I saw your reel, if the sharpay one isn’t sparkly pink I don’t want it, and y’all didn’t disappoint”.
